Joe Cook has been part of the residential construction industry since 2001. After graduating from Penn State and relocating to Northern Virginia, he built his career in new home construction, serving in leadership roles while also working hands-on in the field. From foundations to final finishes, he understands what goes into building a home and the level of care required to maintain and protect it properly. 

Through years of experience in the industry, he saw firsthand how often routine maintenance is overlooked and how neglect can impact a home's appearance, condition and long term value. Keystone Exterior Services was created to help homeowners preserve curb appeal, prevent deterioration, and protect one of their most important investments through reliable, professional service.
